Cheddar N' Dill Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: add 1 bottle of beer or Sprite, 1 Cup Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsps. (melted) Butter.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @350F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a bowl add the pkg and then slowly add the beer or Sprite and cheese. The mixture will bubble upa little, and stir to just get everything incorporated. Transfer to loaf pan. Brush the melted butter over the top. You can also sprinkle a little dill or shreeded cheese over the top if you wish. Bake for 40-50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the loaf and coming out dry will indicate it's ready. Let cool slightly before turning out onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Dill, Baking Powder.
