Directions for Use: Prepare 1/2 lb cooked beef or turkey and set aside. In a large pot, combine 6 cups of water and 6 cups of low sodium vegetable stock; bring to a boil over high heat. Remove pasta from the package and set aside. Add remaining contents of package and return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice, lentils and split peas are tender. Add pasta, pepper and 1/2 lb cooked ground beef or turkey. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir occasionally. Reduce to low, cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender. Add more water if needed. Enjoy!

Directions for Use: Remove the spice pkg. Pour remainder into a fine mesh sievev, rinse well. Place in soup pot. Add spices and 7 cups water, boil. Boil for 10 minutes to remove any toxins from beans, then reduce heat. Add 14 oz. (398) cannned diced tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender. Garnish with parsley. You can adjust the seasoning if you wish. Makes 7-8 cups.

Additional Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef browned and drained. 1 medium onion diced, 3 uarts of water or beef stock, 2- 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions for Use: In a large pot, pour soup mix as well as ground beef, onion, water, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
Serve: with chopped onion, shredded cheese, corn chips, sour cream or your other favorite toppings.

Directions for Use: In a large pot heat 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil on medium high heat. Saute 1/2 lb beef cubes until brown, add 3/4 cup diced carrots and 3/4 cup diced celery and saute for 2 more minutes. Remove egg noodles from package and set aside. Pour remaining contents of soup in the pot. Add one 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes and 9 cups of water. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add reserved egg noodles 1/2 hour before serving.

Directions for Use: In a large pot, heat the oil & add meat. Saute until meat is browned on all sides. Add water, tomatoes and soup mix. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in the celery and carrots. Cover an simmer for 1 hour. Discard the bay leaf prior to serving. Serve with crusty bread, biscuits and a salad.

Additional Ingredients: 1 diced carrot, 1 diced stalk of celery, 3 cups water, 2 cups chopped cooked chicken.
Directions for Use: Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Saute 1 diced carrot, 1 diced stalk of celery until just tender, about 5 minutes. Open the bouillon packet from the soupmix, and then add it, plus all remaining ingredients to the pot. Add 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until noodles are cooked through about 10 minutes. Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked chicken before serving. Season to taste.

Directions for Use: In a pot add chicken bouillon pkgs, then add the remaining ingredients add 8-10 cups of water into the pot. Bring soup to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 40 minutes, or until peas are soft You can change the amount of water by a cup or two depending on how thick you like it.

Additional Ingredients: 32 oz. Vegetable Broth, 2 Cups Water, 1/2 Cup White Onion (diced), 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 Cup Tomatoes, 1 1/4 Cups Carrots (chopped).
Directions for use: Open package and set the seasoning bag aside. Empty the package of beans into a large stock potand cover with water by 2 inches. Let sit overnight, the beans will sweel. Drain the beans and place back into pot. Add vegetable broth and water. Bring to a boil. Cover, turn down heat and cook for 1 1/2 hours. While this is cooking. Heat oil in a skillet. Saute the onion for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and cook one more minutes. At the end of the cooking time foir the beans add this sauted mix. Add the tomatoes and all the spices in baggie. Bring back to a boil then turn down to medium and cook 30 more minutes. Taste for seasoning with possibly a little more salt. Ready to serve.

Additional Ingredients: 10 Cups Water, 28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes, 1 1/2-2 Cups Chopped Carrots, 1/2 Cup Sugar (optional).
Directions for Use: When ready to cook, remove the seasonings, and the baggie with pasta. Please rinse the beans before placing them in slow cooker. Set the baggie of the pasta aside. Add 10 cups of water, and the seasoning bag to the beans in the slow cooker. Cook on high for about 7 hours or until the beans are almost tender. Add the diced tomatoes, chopped carrots, pasta, and cook on high for 2-3 more hours. Serve warm with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!

Bri9ng to a boil, reduce the heat to low, simmer 45 minutes or until berans are tender.

Reduce the heat. Cover and simmer, until the split peas are tender, about 1 hour, adding some more water as necessary. Discard the bay leaf. Stir in 1 cup of chopped ham (cooked)and serve.
