Pizza Mix
Pizza Mix:
Quick and easy pizza mix without added preservatives. Makes 1 large pizza crust or 2 smaller pizza crusts.
Additional Ingredients: Add 1 Cup of Warm Water.
Ingriedients: Flour, Yeast, Sugar.
Allergins: Gluten

Biscuit Mix
Biscuit Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Cold Butter (cubed), 1 Cup Buttermilk. If you don't have buttermilk you can add 1 Tbsp vinger to regular milk.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @ 400F. Dump the pkg of biscuit mix in a mixing bowl and cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fork. Add your buttermilk and stir with a large spoon until all the dough starts to stick together. Dump biscuit dough onto a lightly floured surface and fold it over a few times with your hands, being careful not to handle it too much (you don't want the cold butter to melt, so don't overhand the dough). Roll dough out into a thick disc, about 1 to 1 1/2"thick. Cut your biscuits with a biscuit cutter and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
NOTES: If you don't have buttermilk on hand, you can make your own by combining 1 cup of full fat milk or cream with 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice or white vinegar.

Herb Topped Biscuit Mix
Herb Topped Biscuit Mix: Similar to Red Lobster Biscuits.
Additional Ingredients: 1 Cup Milk, 1/2 Cup Butter (cubed), 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded). Buttery Topping: 1/4 Cup Butter (melted). The spices to mix with the buttery topping are included in the bag.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl add the pkg contents and then add the cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles ccoarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Pour in the milk and stir until just combined. Careful not to overmix. Use a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop about 1/4 cup dough onto the prepared baking sheet for each biscuit. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter ina small bowl. Stir in the seasoning baggie included inpkg. As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter topping.
Ingredients for Biscuit Mix: Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Baking Soda, Salt.
Buttery Topping Mix: Parsley (dried) Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning.
Allergins: Gluten, Garlic

Pancake Mix
Pancake Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 1/4 Cups Milk, 1 Egg, 3 Tbsps. Butter, 1 Tsp. Vanilla.
Baking Instructions: Dump pancake mix into large bowl. Add milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla. Stir until just incorporated (don't overmix). Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium high heat and pour batter in approximaely 1/4 cup at a time to make your pancakes. Brown both sides and serve warm.
NOTES: To make these more light and fluffy use buttermilk!

Waffle Mix
Waffle Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 2 eggs (lightly beaten) 2 Tbsps. Butter (melted), 1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk.
Baking Instructions: In a large mixing bowl add 2 Eggs (lightly beaten), 2 Tbsps Butter (melted), 1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk but if you don't have Butermilk you can add 1 tsp Vinegar to the milk. Place 2 cups waffle mix in large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Pour batter into heated and buttered waffle iron (capacities will vary). Cook for 5 minutes or until waffles are golden.
Ingredients: Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar, Salt.

Herb Pizza Mix
Herb Pizza Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 2 Tbsps. Oil, 1 1/4 Cups Warm Water.
Baking Instructions: In large mixing bowl add dry ingredients and then add 2 Tbsps. oil and 1 1/4 cups warm water. Mix by hand and knead until smooth and roll out on countertop. Roll out the dough into a circle and place it on your greased pan. My pan is 14" in diameter. You could also make two smaller pizzas. Be sure and grease your pizza pans. Spread the pizza sauce on top of dough, sprinkle whatever toppings you choose and don't forget the mozza cheese. Bake @ 375F for 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients: Flour, Instant Dry Yeast, Salt, Sugar, Garlic Powder, Dried Basil.
