Recipes:
Raspberry Margarita:
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz's Tequila
- Ice
- Garnish: lime wheel and fresh raspberries
Instructions:
1. Rub the lime wedge around the edge of the cocktail glass. Roll the cocktail glass rim in the sugar rimmer
2. In the bottom of a cocktail swhaker, muddle raspberries and lime juice together.
3. Add the tequila and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
4. Shake well, about 30 seconds, until thoroughly chilled.
5. Strain cocktail into the rimmed glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh raspberries.
RECIPE FOR RASPBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions: in a small saucepan, add sugar, water and raspberries cook over medium-low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain and store in the fridge.
Raspberry Mojito:
- 4-5 raspberries plus a few to garnish
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 oz's White Rum
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 oz's Club soda or lemon lime soda
Instructions:
1. Rim your glass with a lime wedge and roll the cocktail glass rim in the sugar rimmer.
2. In the bottom of your glass, muddle/crush together raspberries, mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice.
3. Pour in the rum.
4. Add ice, pour in club soda and stir.
5. Garnish with addional raspberries, a wedge of lime, and a spring of mint.
Raspberry Daiquiri:
- 1 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 shot rum
- Ice
Instructions:
Pour raspberry simple syrup, lime juice, rum and ice into a cocktail shaker (Mason jar), shake until combined. Serve in a chilled glass with a stem like wine glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
*TIP* To get the most juice from your limes, microwave them for 20-30 seconds and roll them on the counter.
Floradora Cocktail:
- 2 oz's London Dry Gin
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz Raspberry Simple Syrup
- Ginger beer or ginger ale, chilled to top
- Garnish: Raspberries
Instructions:
1. Add the London dry gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
2. Double strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with ginger beer (or ginger ale) and stir gently and briefly to combine.
Raspberry Fizz Mocktail:
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra to garnish)
- 1 Tbsp lime juice (approx half a lime)
- 1 Tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
- 4-6 oz's Sprite (or 7-Up)
- Ice
- Fresh Mint Leaves (Garnish)
Instructions:
Muddle: In a tall glass, muddle the fresh raspberries with lime juice and optional honey/syrup until the raspberries are broken down and released their juices.
Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes
Fizz: Top with Sprite
Stir: Garnish: Stir gently to combine and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
*TIP* strain for smoothness: If you prefer a drink without seeds, pour the muddled mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into the glass before adding the Sprite.
Make it Creamy: For a creamier version, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or raspberry sorbet along with the sprite.

Recipes:
Raspberry Lime Margarita:
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberres
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 6 small ice cubes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsps sugar
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and whiz for around 1 minute until everything is completely combined and broken down.
2. Pour into two sugar rimmed glasses and serve.
Raspberry Lime Mojito:
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz's White Rum
- Ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rim your glass. In a highball glass with a sturdy bottom, add the raspberries, lime wedges and simple syrup. Muddle until the raspberries break down.
2. Add the mint leaves. Gently muddle a few times. Don't feel like you need to over do it here. We just want to release the oils and fragrance.
3. Pour in the rum. Add a handful of ice. Stir a few times to chill.
4. Top with club soda. Gently stir to combine.
5. Place the mint spring in the palm of your hand. Quickly clap your other hand on top to release the mint's fragrance. Add the sprig glass. Enjoy!
Raspberry Sparkle Margarita:
- 5-6 fresh raspberries
- 1 oz Rspberry Liqueur
- 2 oz's Tequila
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- Barefoot Bubbly Pinot Grigio
- Lime wheel and fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions:
1. Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add liqueur, Tequila and lime juice, then shake until combined.
3. Rim a margarita glass with fresh lime, dip into rimmer and fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour the cocktail shaker into the glass, top with bubbly Pinot Grigio and garnish.
Radient Raspberry Ripple Float:
- 2 oz Raspberry Vodka
- 1 oz Raspberry simple syrup
- 1 oz Cream soda
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (or raspberry ripple ice cream for extra flavour)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Raspberry sugar rimmer
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass: Rim a tall glass with sugar rimmer or dip the rim in simple syrup and then into coloured sugar.
2. Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the raspberry vodka, vanilla ice cream, and a handful of ice. Blend until smooth.
3. Assemble: Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass.
4. Add the Ripple & Fizz: Slowly pour the cream soda over the top, allowing it to create a foamy, layered effect.
5. Garnish: Top with fresh raspberries and serve immediately with a straw.
Frozen Raspberry Lime Bellini Mocktail: 12 servings
- 12 oz bag frozen raspberries
- 1 cup Torani Lime Syrup
- 1/4 cup Torani Raspberry Syrup
- 2 Ltrs. sparkling water or lemon lime soda
- lime wedges
- fresh raspberries
- sugar rimmer
Instructions:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of serving glasses. Dip the rim of the glass into the sugar, set aside. Blend together frozen raspberries, lime syrup and raspberry syrup until smooth. Spoon approx 1/4 cup frozen raspberry mixture into prepared glasses. Top with sparkling water. Add fresh raspberry and lime wedge to serve.
Raspberry Mocktail:
- 3 oz's Sprite
- 3 oz's Raspberry Lemonade
- 3-4 fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
- fresh lemon wheels for garnish
- fresh mint for garnish
Instructions:
1. To a sturdy glass, add fresh raspberries and muddle.
2. Add ice, then add raspberry lemonade, and sprite
3. Stir well to chill.
4. For serving, fill a glass with fresh ice, and pour the mixture, strained over the ice.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemons, and mint.

Recipes:
Blueberry Margarita - 2 Servings
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 oz's Lime juice (from 2-3 limes)
- 5 oz's Silver Tequila
- 3 oz's Triple Sec
- Rimming sugar
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Muddle blueberries with lime juice until thoroughly crushed. The more you agitate the berries, the more intense the colour will be. Strain through a finemesh sieve, discarding skins and seeds.
2. In a glass or cocktail shaker combie blueberry lime mixture, Tequila, and Triple Sec.
3. To rim, spread around a few Tbsps. of bueberry sugar in a flat shallow dish that is as big as the top of your glass. Rub a spent lime around each rim of the glass, then dip into sugar. The sugar should stick to the rim of the glass.
4. Fill glasses with ice and divide margarita mixture among them and serve.
Blueberry Mojito:
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh blueberries (plus more for garnish)
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, cut into wedges (or 1-2 Tbsps fresh lime juice)
- 1 oz simple syrup or 1-2 tsps sugar/honey to taste
- 2 oz's White Rum
- club soda or sparkling water
- crushed or cubed ice
Instructions:
1. Muddle: In a highball or collins glass, combine the blueberries, fresh mint leaves, lime wedges (or juice), and sweetener. Use a muddler or the back of a wooden to gently crush the ingredients until the berries have released their juices and the mint is fragrant (approx. 30 seconds).
2. Add rum: Pour in the white rum and stir to combine the ingredients.
3. Add Ice and Soda: Fill the glass with ice and topit off with a slash of club soda or sparkling water.
4. Stir and Garnish: Gently stir the cocktail. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, a lime wheel, and a few extra blueberries.
For Mocktail: Omit the rum and add an extra splashof club soda or lemon-lime soda for a non-alcoholic version.
Blueberry Bourbon Smash:
- 1/2 lemon cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 8-10 mint leaves
- 2 oz's Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Club soda for topping (optional)
- mint sprig for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add the lemon wedges and blueberries to a cocktail shaker and place mint leaves on top. Muddle until the blueberries and lemon wedges break down.
2. Pour in the bourbon and simple syrup and add in a handful of ice. Put the top on and shake until cold, about 15-30 seconds.
3. Replace the cocktail shaker top with a cocktail strainer and our into ice filled glasses. If desired, top with club soda and gently stir. Place a mint sprig in the palm of your hand and quickly clap the sprig with your other hand to release its fragrance and garnish. Enjoy!
Notes: If making your own simple syrup, add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring often to dissolve the sugar. Allow to cool store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for several weeks.
The club soda gives it more of a spritzer feel if you want something light and bubbly for the summer, but for a strong blueberry and bourbon flavour, skip the club soda.
Blueberry Lemon/Lime Cooler Mocktail:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (or honey)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh lemon or lime juices
- 3 cups sparkling water (or club soda)
- Ice
Instructions:
Make Syrup: In a sauce pan, simmer blueberries, water, and sugar for 5-10 minutes until berries burst.
Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract all liquid, then let it cool completely.
Combine: Stir in mthe lemon or lime juice to the cooled syrup.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice, fill 1/4 to 1/2 with the blueberry mix, and top with sparkling water.

Citrus Sugar Mimosa - Serves 8
- 1 bottle sparkling white wine or champagne (chilled)
- 2 Tbsps. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps. lime juice
- thin slices of oranges, lemons and limes
- 3 cups orange juice, chilled
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher, add sparkling white wine, lemon juice, lime juice and citrus fruit slices. Slowly pour in orange juice.
2. Pour prepared mimosa's into champagne flutes or wine glasses and serve.
3. If making in advance, add orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice and citrus fruit slices to a large pitcher. Store in refrigerator. Before serving add chilled sparkling white wine.
For Mocktail: Use sparkling water instead of wine.
Sunburst Margarita:
- 3 oz's orange juice
- 2 oz's additional orange juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz's Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Suagr rimmer
- orange slices and lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the glass: Rim the glass with lime juice and dip into sugar rimmer.
Blend: In a blender, combine orange juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour into the sugar rimmed glass.
Garnish: Add a slice of orange and lime wedge to finish.
Cosmopolitan:
- 2 oz's Vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice
- orange twist
Instructions:
1. Place the vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with an orange twist.
Sidecar:
- 2 oz's Cognac or Brandy
- 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau is recommened, or Grand Marier/Triple Sec)
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: sugar rim and an orange or lemon twist
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass: Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail coupe or martini glass, then dip it into a shallow plate of sugar rimmer.
2. Combine Ingredients: Add the Cognac, orange liqueur, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake: Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the outside is very cold and frosty.
4. Strain: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
5. Garnish: Garnish with an orange or lemon twist.
Sex on the Beach:
- 1 1/2 oz's Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz's Peach Schnapps
- 1 1/2 oz's orange juice
- 1 1/2 oz's cranberry juice
- Ice
- Garnish: orange slice and/or maraschino cherry
Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice, and cranberry juice.
2. Shake: Shake for about 15 seconds to chill throughly.
3. Strain: Into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish: With an orange slice or cherry.
Orange Cream Soda Mocktail:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 ice cubes - whole or crushed
- 1/4-1/3 cup Lemon-lime soda
- whipped cream
- sugar rimmer
- orange slices (garnish optional)
Instructions:
1. Rim the glass
2. Add ice cubes to a glass
3. Spritz a generous amount of whipped cream on top of ice
4. Pour in the orange juice
5. Gently stir
6. Gently pour in the lemon-lime soda until the glass is full
7. Add more whipped cream on top
8. Garnish with orange slices (optional)

Strawberry Daiquiri:
- 4 oz's frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
- 6 cups ice, or as needed
Instructions:
1. Place frozen strawberries in a blender, add sugar, lemon juice, and lime juice.
2. Pour in rum and lemon-lime soda, then add ice.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour strawberry daiquiri mixture into hurricane glasses. Enjoy!
Strawberry Gin & Tonic:
- 1 to 2 Tbsps fresh strawberry puree
- 2 oz's fresh strawberry syrup (chilled)
- 2 oz's Gin (chilled)
- 2 oz's Tonic water (chilled)
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 strawberry halved
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions:
1. Fill a 12 oz glass half full with ice.
2. Add strawberry puree (simply mash a couple strawberries with a fork until you have a very loose mixture), strawberry syrup, gin and tonic water. Then squeeze a lime wedge over the top.
3. Give a gentle stir to combine. Taste test, adding more strawberry syrup if desired. Add the lime wedge to the cocktail, along with the strawberry halves and thyme. Enjoy!
NOTES: STRAWBERRY SYRUP RECIPE: In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Combine 2 pounds sweet strawberries (stems removed, halved), 2 cups water, and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down a bit and let cook for 10-15 mins, or until strawberries are soft and light pink in colour. Remove from heat and let cool. Place a fine mesh strainer lined with a double layer of cheesecloth over a bowl. Pour strawberry mixture through cheesecloth, allowing juices to drain into bowl. Gather up sides of cheesecloth and gently press on cheesecloth to squeeze out all the delicious strawberry syrup. Discard cheesecloth mixture. Stir 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice into strawberry syrup. Place in covered container and store in refrigerator. Keeps well for a few weeks. Mix into cocktails, lemonade, and club soda.
Note: The amount of strawberry syrup yu'll use will depend on the sweetness of your strawberries and your own personal preference for sweetness.
Strawberry Mimosa/Bellini: 2 Servings
- 8 oz strawberries (8oz's gives approx 2/3 cup puree)
- 2 tsps. sugar
- 6 fl oz. Prosecco (approx)
Instructions:
1. Blend the strawberries until smooth then strain through a very fine sieve or cheesecloth to get as many of the seeds out as possible. Add the sugar, half at a time, tasting to see if it's roughly the sweetness you'd want then add more as needed.
2. Divde the strawberry puree between two glasses, filling up to a little under halfway. Top the glasses with Prosecco, a little at a time as it will bubble up a lot. Gently stir to mix and serve.
Note: You can make the puree ahead of time and refrigerate a few hours.
Frozen Strawberry Margarita: 2 Servings
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Tequila (approx 4 oz's)
- 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed (approx 2 oz's)
- 2-3 Tbsps Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1 cup ice cubes (if needed for extra thickness)
- Sugar Rimmer
- lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Glass: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses and dip them into a small plate of sugar rimmer or margarita salt rimmer.
2. Blend: Add the frozen strawberries, tequila, lime juice, Grand Marnier, and simple syrup into a high speed blender.
3. Process: Blend on high until completely smooth and thick. If the mixture is too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
4. Serve: Pour immediately into the prepared glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry or lime wedge.
Strawberry Mojito: 4 Servings
- 1 large lime (quartered)
- 1/4 bunch mint leaves
- 3 1/2 strawberries (quartered)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 4 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
Step 1. Add sugar rimmer to a shallow plate. Run a lime wedge around the rims of 4 cocktail glasses, then dip the rims into sugar to coat, set aside.
Step 2. Squeeze all the lime wedges into a sturdy glass pitcher. Toss juiced limes into the pitcher along with mint, strawberries, and 1 cup sugar. Crush with a muddler to release strawberry juice and mint oil. Stir in club soda and rum until sugar has dissolved.
Step 3. Pour into the prepared glasses over ice cubes to serve.
Strawberry Lemonade: 8 Servings
- 6 cups water (divided)
- 1 cup + 1 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice - seeds removed
- 1 1/2 cups ripe strawberries (quartered)
- Additional quartered strawberries and sliced lemons for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Simple Syrup Recipe:
1. Prepare simple syrup first by combining 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a small saucepan. Place over medium-low heat and stir frequently until sugar is dissolved, set aside.
2. Combine strawberries, 1/2 cup water and 1 Tbsp sugar in blender and blend until strawberries are completely pureed.
3. Pour strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into pitcher and use a spatula to press/work as much strawberry juice through as possible. Discard remaining pulp/seeds.
4. Add lemon juice and simple syrup to pitcher.
5. Add remaining 4 1/2 cups water and stir well. If desired add additional quartered strawberries and slices lemons to pitcher for added flavour and decoration.
6. Pour lemonade over ice and serve or chill and then stir again before serving.
Notes: Fresh squeezed preferred, but bottled lemon juice will also work.
Strawberry Mojito Moacktail: 4 Servings
- 12-14 strawberries, stems removed
- 8 large mint leaves - if they are on the small size add 12 mint leaves
- 2 1/2 cups Sprite
- 1/8 cup Fresh lime juice
- Garnish: Mint leaves/lime slices
Instructions:
1. Add strawberries and mint leaves to a pitcher. Using a muddle (or a wooden spoon), muddle the strawberries and mint leaves. You're basically crushing them strawberries and mint leaves to extract the juices. Be careful as you don'twant to tear the mint leaves to pieces.
2. Add the lime juice and Sprite to the pitcher. Stir.
3. Fill glasses with crushed ice (optional). Pour the virgin mojito mixture over the ice. Garnish with extra mint and lime slices. Serve immediately.

Watermelon Kamikaze Shot:
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part Watermelon Pucker (or watermelon Liqueur)
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: Mini watermelon Candy
Instructions:
1. Combine: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, watermelon pucker, and lime juice.
2. Shake: Shake vigorously until mixture is well chilled.
3. Strain: Strain into a shot glass.
4. Garnish: Garnish with a mini watermelon candy or a small lime wedge.
Watermelon Daiquiri: 4 Servings
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup light rum or 2 oz's light rum
- 1/4 cup fresh ime juice
- 1/4 cup Cointreau or orange liqueur
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Freeze watermelon in a shallow pan for at least 6 hours.
2. Combine frozen watermelon, rum, lime juice, and orange flavoured liqueur in an electric blender, process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides.
3. Add enough ice to bring mixture to 5-cup level, process until smooth.
4. Repeat procedure, if necessary, until mixture measures 5 cups.
Watermelon Margarita:
- 4 cups frozen watermelon (keep fresh if serving on the rocks)
- 1/2 cup Tequila
- 1/4 cup Triple Sec
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1-2 Tbsps. honey depending on desired sweetness
- 1 heaping cup ice
- Sugar rimmer
- limes for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut up your watermelon and freeze it on a baking sheet for at least 6 hours. If you are making margaritas on the rocks, skip the freezing step.
2. Add watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, honey and ice to blender. Leave out ice if making on the rocks.
3. Blend until completely smooth.
4. Pour into sugar rimmed glass and serve with a lime wedge.
5. Enjoy!

- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz's light rum
- 3 oz's watermelon puree (strained)
- club soda (to taste)

Instructions:
1. In the bottom of a collins or other tall glass, use a muddlr or the back of a wooden spoon to muddle mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Fill glass two-thirds with ice. Add rum and watermelon puree.
3. Top with club soda to fill glass, stir well.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint or small wedge of watermelon, if desired.
Watermelon Mint Gin/Sour Smash: 1 serving
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup watermelon pieces
- 2 oz's Gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- ice cubes for shaking
- crushed ice for serving
- mint and watermelon for garnish
Instructions:
1. Scoop crushed ice into serving glass. If it's stupidly hot store them in the fridge or freezer while you mix up the drink.
2. Dump watermelon and mint into the cocktail shaker and squish until the watermelon is mostly juice.
3. Add ice cubes, gin and lemon juice. Shake aggressively for 15-20 seconds.
4. Strain over crushed ice, garnish with mint and a slice of watermelon.
Watermelon "Hippie" Juice - 2 Servings
- 2 shots Watermelon Vodka
- 1 shot Malibu Rum
- 1 shot Triple Sec
- 2 cups pink lemonade
Instructiions:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Stir until combined. Enjoy responsibly.
Wateremlon Lemonade Mocktail: - 12 Servings
- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
Step 1. Gather all ingredients.
Step 2. Place watermelon into a blender, cover and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Step 3. Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in 3 cups of cold water and lemon juice.
Step 4. Divide ice into 12 glasses, scoop 2-3 Tbsps of watermelon puree over ice, then top with lemonade.
Step 5. Gently stir before serving.
Virgin Watermelon Mojito: 1 Serving
- 7-8 watermelon cube/pieces
- 1 lemon
- 7-8 fgresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar
- Handful of crushed ice
- Soda water as needed
Instructions:
1. Cut lemon into wedges and remove their seeds.
2. Also cut watermelon into small pieces and remove their seeds.
3. Add lemon wedges into serving glass.
4. Add watermelon, mint leaves and powdered sugar.
5. Muddle them well with a muddler or back of wooden spoon so that lemon, mint and watermelon release their flavours.
6. Add crushed ice and at last, pour soda water filling the glass till the top.
7. Give a gentle mix
8. Garnishing with watermelon piece, if you desire.
9. Serve chilled.

Instructions:
1. Salt the rim of the glass by rubbing a grapefruit wedge around the edge and dipping it onto a small plate of rimmer.
2. Mix the tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice, and agave nectar into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with ice. Adjust sweetness to taste. Garnish with a grapefrut wedge.
Salty Dog:
- 1 1/2 oz's Gin or Vodka
- 3 oz's grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- Rimmer
- grapefruit slice for garnish

Lemon Drop Martini:
- 2 oz's (1/4 cup) Vodka
- 3/4 oz (1 1/2 Tbsps) Triple Sec
- 1 oz 92 Tbsps) fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 oz (1 1/2 Tbsps) Simple Syrup
Instructions:
1. Add ingredients and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for 30 seconds or until very cold.
3. Strain into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
Lemon Drop Shot:
- 3/4 fl oz Vodka
- 3/4 fl oz lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsps sugar
- 1 lemon cut in wedges
Instructions:
1. Combine vodka and lemon juice in a shot glass.
2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp sugar on top.
3. Place remaining 2 tsps sugar on a small plate, dip lemon wedges in sugar. Suck on a sugared lemon after drinking the shot.
Frozen Lemon Drop:
- 1 cup ice cubes (3/4 cup if crushed)
- 2 oz's Citron Vodka
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsps. White sugar
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients for the frozen lemon drop in a blender and blend until ice is completely slushy. Pour the prepared glass and serve.
Whiskey Sour:
- 2 oz's Bourbon/Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 -3/4 oz simple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 egg white (optional, for foam/texture)
- garnish with maraschino cherry or lemon peel.
Instructions:
1. Prep: If using an egg white, ensure you are using fresh eggs.
2. Dry Shake: Add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) into a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 10-30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Shake with Ice: Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain: Fine strain the mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice or chilled coupe glass.
*DRY SHAKE* shaking without ice first is eesential for a thick, foamy head.
*SIMPLE SYRUP* you can make your own by dissolving 1part sugar into 1 part hot water.
NEW YORK SOUR: top a finished whiskey sour with a float of red wine (like Malbec or Shiraz).
*EGGLESS* skip the egg white for a sharper, more citrus forward drink.
Lemon Drop Cosmo:
- 2 oz's Vodka (citron/citrus vodka is highly recommened)
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Garnish: lemon wedge or fresh cranberries
Instructions:
1. Rim your glass.
2. Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake Vigorously: Shake for at least 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
4. Strain and Garnish: Strain the mixture into your sugar rimmed glass. Add your choice of garnishes and serve immediately.

- 6-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz (2 Tbsps) fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz (2 Tbsps) Simple Syrup
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) White Rum
- 1-2 oz's club soda
- Ice Cubes
- Garnish: lemon slices and mint sprigs
Instructions:
1. Muddle: In a highball glass, combine the mint leaves and simple syrup. Muddle gently to release the oils without tearing the leaves.
2. Mix: Add the fresh lemon juice and white rum. Stir gently.
3. Ice & Soda: Fill the glass completely with ice, then top with club soda.
4. Garnish: Stir again gently and garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh sprig of mint.
Italian Lemon Drop:
- 2 oz's Good Vodka
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Garnish lemon slice
Instructions:
1. Rim the glass.
2. Shake: Combine the vodka, Limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake Well: Shake vigorously for at least 15-25 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
4. Strain & Serve: Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with lemon slice.
Fizzy Lemon Drop:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
- Top with lemon/lime soda (or sparkling/club soda for less sweetness)
- Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Instructions:
1. Rim: Rim your glass
2. Shake: Combine the vodka, limoncello, and sweet & sour mix in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain: Strain into your prepared glass over frresh ice.
4. Top & Garnish: Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Lemon Champagne Punch:
- 1 cup fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Vodka
- 1/2 Limoncello
- 1 cup Brut Champagne or sparkling wine (chilled)
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
Instructions:
1. Mix the Meyer lemon juice, vodka, and limoncello in a medium picture. Chill until cold, about 2 hours.
2. Add the champagne and ice to the lemon mixture and stir until icy cold.
3. Ladle into sugar-rimmed glasses.
