Additional Ingredients: 1 can Beer.
Directions for Use: In a medium bowl pour 1 can of beer and 1 pkg of beer batter mix, mix well. You can dip vegetables, zucchini, onion rings, etc. Or use to batter fish or fruit.
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Paprika, Baking Powder.

Pumpkin Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree, 1 Bottle Beer, 2 Tbsps. (melted) Butter.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @375F. Generously grease a 9x5" loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl add the pkg mix and add the pumpkin puree and mix gently. Add the beer. Let the foam settle BEFORE you mix it in. Once settled, mix to combine. The result is a pretty dense and heavy dough. Add to the greased loaf pn and spread it out evenly. Pour the 2 Tbsps. of melted butter on top evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Gently remove onto wire rack. Slice when ready and enjoy!

Additional Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Butter (soft), 2 Eggs, 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree. You can add 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips if so desired.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @ 350F. Beat the butter in mixing bowl until it is light and fluffy. Add in one egg at a time and then add the pumpkin. Stir in the pkg mix until just combined. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter in. Bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!

Directions for Use: add 1 bottle of beer or sprite and 2 Tbsps. melted butter.
To make the pkg beer bread, coat a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir the contents of the pkg with the beer to combine. Transfer to loaf pan and brush with 2 Tbsps. melted butter. Bake in the oven @350 F for 45-50 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in center comes out clea. Cool for 10 minutes, before serving.
Ingredients: Self rising flour, white sugar ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt.

Additional Ingredients: add 1 bottle of beer or Sprite, 1 Cup Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsps. (melted) Butter.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @350F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a bowl add the pkg and then slowly add the beer or Sprite and cheese. The mixture will bubble upa little, and stir to just get everything incorporated. Transfer to loaf pan. Brush the melted butter over the top. You can also sprinkle a little dill or shreeded cheese over the top if you wish. Bake for 40-50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the loaf and coming out dry will indicate it's ready. Let cool slightly before turning out onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!

Additional Ingredients: 1 bottle of beer, 1/4 Cup Butter (melted).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @375F. Grease a 1 lb. loaf pan. Add the contents of the pkg to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the beer and mix well with a wooden spoon (it will be slightly thick and lumpy). Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly. Pour half of the melted butter (2 Tbsps.) on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Immediately brush with remaining 2 Tbsps. of butter. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool another 30 minutes.

Additional Ingredients: 1 Can beer, 3 Tbsps. Butter (melted).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 1 lb. loaf pan. Using a large mixing bowl, set the baggie of cinnamon aside. Add the contents of the pkg in bowl and whisk in the beer until well combined. Using a small bowl, melt the butter and mix the 2 Tbsps. of cinnamon that is included in your pkg. Pour half the batter into loaf pan. Swirl the cinnamon/butter mix into the batter in the pan. Pour remaining batter onto the top of the cinnamon swirl. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
