Additional Ingredients: 1 can Beer.
Directions for Use: In a medium bowl pour 1 can of beer and 1 pkg of beer batter mix, mix well. You can dip vegetables, zucchini, onion rings, etc. Or use to batter fish or fruit.

Pumpkin Beer Bread Mix
Pumpkin Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree, 1 Bottle Beer, 2 Tbsps. (melted) Butter.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @375F. Generously grease a 9x5" loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl add the pkg mix and add the pumpkin puree and mix gently. Add the beer. Let the foam settle BEFORE you mix it in. Once settled, mix to combine. The result is a pretty dense and heavy dough. Add to the greased loaf pn and spread it out evenly. Pour the 2 Tbsps. of melted butter on top evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Gently remove onto wire rack. Slice when ready and enjoy!

Pumpin Bread Mix
Pumpkin Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1/3 Cup Butter (soft), 2 Eggs, 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree. You can add 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips if so desired.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @ 350F. Beat the butter in mixing bowl until it is light and fluffy. Add in one egg at a time and then add the pumpkin. Stir in the pkg mix until just combined. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter in. Bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 15 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy!

Garlic Ranch Beer Bread Mix
Garlic Ranch Beer Bread:
Directions for Use: add 1 bottle of beer or sprite and 2 Tbsps. melted butter.
Baking Instructions: To make the pkg beer bread, coat a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir the contents of the pkg with the beer to combine. Transfer to loaf pan and brush with 2 Tbsps. melted butter. Bake in the oven @350 F for 45-50 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, before serving.

Cheddar N' Dill Beer Bread Mix
Cheddar N' Dill Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: add 1 bottle of beer or Sprite, 1 Cup Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese and 2 Tbsps. (melted) Butter.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @350F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a bowl add the pkg and then slowly add the beer or Sprite and cheese. The mixture will bubble up a little, and stir to just get everything incorporated. Transfer to loaf pan. Brush the melted butter over the top. You can also sprinkle a little dill or shredded cheese over the top if you wish. Bake for 40-50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the loaf and coming out dry will indicate it's ready. Let cool slightly before turning out onto a cooling rack. Enjoy!

Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix
Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1 bottle of beer, 1/4 Cup Butter (melted).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @375F. Grease a 1 lb. loaf pan. Add the contents of the pkg to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the beer and mix well with a wooden spoon (it will be slightly thick and lumpy). Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly. Pour half of the melted butter (2 Tbsps.) on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Immediately brush with remaining 2 Tbsps. of butter. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool another 30 minutes.

Additional Ingredients: 1 Can beer, 3 Tbsps. Butter (melted).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 1 lb. loaf pan. Using a large mixing bowl, set the baggie of cinnamon aside. Add the contents of the pkg in bowl and whisk in the beer until well combined. Using a small bowl, melt the butter and mix the 2 Tbsps. of cinnamon that is included in your pkg. Pour half the batter into loaf pan. Swirl the cinnamon/butter mix into the batter in the pan. Pour remaining batter onto the top of the cinnamon swirl. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until cooked through. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Everything Beer Bread Mix
Everything Beer Bread Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 Bottle Beer (room temp), 1/4 cup Butter (melted).
Packet: Includes everything bagel for topping.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In a large mixing bowl add contents of pkg and room temperature beer and stir gently just until combined. Avoid overmixing thick, lumpy batter. Spread the batter in the prepared pan. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and with the pkg of additiona everything bagel seasoning sprnkle on top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until olden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. This bread is a great accomplement to soups and stews or can be enjoyed warm with butter.

Garlic & Herb Beer Bread Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 Bottle of Beer (room temp), 1/2-1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Parmesan Cheese (optional) and 4 Tbsps. Butter melted (divided).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. and grease a 9x5" loaf pan. Combine pkg contents and any optional cheese in a large bowl. Add the beer and stir mixture with wooden spoon until it is just combined. The batter will be stiff, and it is important not too overmix. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Pour half of the melted butter over the top of the dough. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Brush the remaining melted butter over the top f the warm bread immediately after removing it from the oven. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Additional Ingredients: 1 Can of Beer or Sprite (room temp), 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Powder, 1/4 cup Butter (melted & divided).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan well with butter or cooking spray. In large mixing bowl add pkg contents and Parmesan Cheese Powder and stir. Add beer and stir gently with a spoon or a rubber spatula just until the ingredients are combined, do not overmix, as the batter will be thick and lumpy. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle 3 Tbsps. of the melted butter over the top of the batter. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Brush the remaining melted butter on top of the warm bread immediately after baking for a glossy finish. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly more before slicing and serving warm.

Cheddar Garlic Beer Bread Mix
Cheddar Garlic Beer Bread Mix:
Additonal Ingredients: 1 Bottle of Beer (room temp), 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 3 tbsps. Unsalted Butter (melted & divided).
Garlic Butter Topping: 2 1/2 Tbsps. Melted Butter, 1 tsp. Dried Parsley, 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. and lightly spray the sides of a 9x5" loaf pan. Set aside. In mixing bowl add pkg contents. Stir in the shredded cheese. Make a little well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in the beer and stir until no flour streaks remain. Add half of the melted butter to the bottom of prepared loaf pan and tilt the pan around so the melted butter coats the bottom of the pan. Transfer batter to pan, spreading it out into an even layer. Pour remaining half of the melted butter over the top of batter, brushing around so it evenly coats the top. Bake 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs. Whisk together garlic butter topping ingredients (melted butter, parsley & garlic powder) and brush over the top of the loaf when it comes out of the oven. Let bread cool in the pan for 5-7 minutes, brush again with any leftover garlic butter topping, then turn out carefully onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
