Whole Wheat Beer Bread Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1 bottle of beer, 1/4 Cup Butter (melted).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @375F. Grease a 1 lb. loaf pan. Add the contents of the pkg to a large mixing bowl. Pour in the beer and mix well with a wooden spoon (it will be slightly thick and lumpy). Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly. Pour half of the melted butter (2 Tbsps.) on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Immediately brush with remaining 2 Tbsps. of butter. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool another 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour, Flour, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Sea Salt.
