Pasta Fagioli Soup Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 10 Cups Water, 28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes, 1 1/2-2 Cups Chopped Carrots, 1/2 Cup Sugar (optional).
Directions for Use: When ready to cook, remove the seasonings, and the baggie with pasta. Please rinse the beans before placing them in slow cooker. Set the baggie of the pasta aside. Add 10 cups of water, and the seasoning bag to the beans in the slow cooker. Cook on high for about 7 hours or until the beans are almost tender. Add the diced tomatoes, chopped carrots, pasta, and cook on high for 2-3 more hours. Serve warm with shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
