Dill Pickle Soup Mix: 

Additional Ingredients: 6 Cups Water, 2 Cups Chopped Fresh Dill Pickles, 2 Cups Milk (or Heavy Cream).

Directions for Use: Combine the entire contents of pkg (EXCEPT BAY LEAVES) with 6 cups water and 2 cups of chopped fresh dill pickles in a large pot. Add the bay leaves. Bring to a boil, the reduce heat and simmer for approx 20-30 mnutes, or until the vegetables and grains are tender. Stir in 2 cups milk ( or heavy cream), and 1/2 cup of pickle juice for a creamy tangy finish. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove the bay leaves before serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh dill and a dollop of sour cream if desired.

Ingredients: Dried Vegetable Flakes, Pearl Barley, Dried Minced Garlic, Onion Salt, Dill Weed, Curry Powder, White Pepper, Chicken Bouillon, Bay Leaves.
