Easter Creme Egg Cookie Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 3/4 cup Butter (softened), 1 egg, and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. Cream butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Take out the mini creme eggs and set aside and pour the rest of pkg contents in until dough forms. Scoop large 2 Tbsps. dough balls onto lined baking sheet. Flatten dough ball, place half a creme egg inside, seal dough around it. Bake 10-12 minutes. Centers should look slightly underdone. Cool 5-10 minutes before moving (they'll set up).
