Waffle Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 2 eggs (lightly beaten) 2 Tbsps. Butter (melted), 1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk.
Baking Instructions: In a large mixing bowl add 2 Eggs (lightly beaten), Tbsps Butter (melted), 1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk but if you don't have Butermilk you can add 1 tsp Vinegar to the milk.
Place 2 cups waffle mix in large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Pour batter into heated and buttered waffle iron (capacities will vary). Cook for 5 minutes or until waffles are golden.
Ingredients: Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar, Salt.
Comes in a resealable bag for convenience and longer shelf life. Also comes heat sealed for freshness.
