Preorder policy

Preorders allow Sugar & Spice Co. customers to reserve specially ordered or upcoming products before they are available in regular inventory. Because preorder products may be purchased or brought in specifically to fulfill customer requests, the following conditions apply.

1. Payment & Reservation

All preorders must be paid in full in advance.

Submitting a preorder request does not reserve the product. Your preorder is confirmed only after Sugar & Spice Co. has received and confirmed payment.

2. Preorder Deadline

Each preorder may have a specific order and payment deadline.

Payment must be received by stated deadline for your items to be included in the preorder.

If payment is not received by the deadline, Sugar & Sugar Co. may remove the unpaid items from your preorder and proceed with the supplier order without them.

3. Specially Ordered Flavours & Products

When customers request specific flavours, varieties, or other products that Sugar & Spice Co. does not normally keep in stock, those products may be ordered specifically for that customer.

Please make sure you have selected the correct flavour, size, quantity, and variety before submitting payment.

4. Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be accepted before the preorder deadline and before supplier order has been placed.

Once Sugar & Spice Co. has placed the supplier order, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

5. Supplier Availability

Preorder products are subject to supplier availability. Occasionally, a supplier may sell out, discontinue an item, substitute packaging, delay an order, or otherwise be unable to provide an item that was preordered.

We will provide updates when appropriate if we become aware of a significant delay.

6. Pickup or Shipping

Customers will be contacted when their preorder is ready.

Please wait until you have received confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Any applicable shipping and delivery charges will be communicated when the preorder is placed.

7. Unclaimed Preorders

Local Pickup Orders

Customers will be notified when their preorder is ready for pickup. Preorders must be picked up within the stated pickup period. If you are unable to pick up your order within that time, please conact Sugar & Spice Co. to make alternate arrangements.

Orders Requiring Shipping

Preorders that require shipping must be paid in full before they are shipped. Once your preorder is ready, you will be contacted with your order total and payment instructions.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed. If payment is not received by the stated payment deadline, the order may be considered unclaimed and cancelled.

Any unpaid or unclaimed preorder items may be returned to available inventory and offered for sale to other customers.

Customers with repeated unpaid or unclaimed preorders may be required to pay in full at the time of ordering for future preorders.

IMPORTANT - PREORDER PAYMENT: Your preorder is not confirmed or reserved until pament has been received by Sugar & Spice Co.Payment must be received by the posted deadline. Unfortunately, unpaid requests cannot be included when the supplier order is submitted.

8. Monthly Flavouring Preorders

Flavouring preorders close on the 15th of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Payments must be received by the preorder deadline. Your preorder is not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by Sugar & Spice Co.

Unpaid preorders will not be included in the supplier order.

Orders and payments received after the deadline will be moved to the following month's preorder.

Sugar & Spice Co. generally places the supplier order shortly after the monthly preorder closes. Estimated arrival times may vary depending on supplier availability and shipping.
