Because many of our products are prepared and packaged in small batches, minor variations in colour, texture, appearance or ingredient distribution may occur.

3. Ingredients & Allergens
Ingredient and allergen information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Customers with food allergies, sensitivities or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information provided before purchasing or consuming a product.
Ingredient formulations and ingredients supplied by our manufacturers may occasionally change. Customers should always review the information provided on the product package before use.

4. Customer-Added Ingredients
Many Sugar & Spice Co. products are dry mixes that require customers to add additional ingredients during preparation, such as milk, butter, eggs, cream chese, sour cream, mayonnaise, meat, vegetables or other ingredients.
Unless spcifically stated otherwise, these additional ingredients are not included with the packaged mix.
Customers are responsible for following the preparation, cooking, storage and food safety instructions supplied with the product.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Applicable taxes, shpping charges and other fees will be shown during checkout when applicable.
6. Orders
After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
Sugar & Spice Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product availability
-Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fradulent activity
-Payment issues
-Shipping or delivery limitations
- Errors affecting an order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7.Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available through our website.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, payment and contact information.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, postal or courier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes or circumstances outside the control of Sugar & Spice Co.
Sugar & Spice Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds & Order Problems
Because Sugar & Spice Co. sells food products, returns may be restricted for food-safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or has a another problem, please contact Sugar & Spice Co. as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We may request photographs or other information so that we can assess the issue.
Refunds, replacements or credits will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and our applicable refund and return policy.
10. Stoarge & Product Quality
Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the package.
Dry mixes should generally be kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight unless the package states otherwise.
Once a package has been opened or prepared, customers are responsible for following appropriate food-storage and food-safety practices.
11. Nutrition Information
Nutrition information provided for Sugar & Spice Co. products is based on the product formulation and available ingredient information.
Where nutrition information includes customer-added ingredients, the final nutritional content may very depending on the brands, quantities and substitutions used by the customer.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, typographical errors, pricing errors or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
Sugar & Spice Co. reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Sugar & Spice Co. name, product names, product descriptions, recipes, photographs, graphics, branding an other original website content are owned by or licensed to Sugar & Spice Co.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Products purchased through our retail website are intended for personal use unless another arrangement has been made with Sugar & Spice Co.
Products, packaging, recipes or branding may not be reproduced or represented as another business's products without authorization.
