6. Delayed or Missing Packages

Sugar & Spice Co. is not responsible for ordinary carrier delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing delivery problems.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Sugar & Spice Co. as soon as possible after delivery.
Please keep the damaged product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
We may request photographs of:
- The shipping package
- The shipping label
- The damaged product
- Any damaged interior packaging
This information helps us determine the appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution and may be required when submitting a claim with the shipping carrier.
8. Local Pickup or Delivery
If local pickup or local delivery is offered, the available options and applicable instructions will be displayed during checkout or communicated when the order is arranged.
Orders selected for pickup must be collected according to the pickup instructions provided.
9. Product Storage After Delivery
Sugar & Spice Co. primarily sells packaged dry food mixes.
Once an order has been delivered, customers are responsible for storing products appropriately. Unless the package states otherwise, dry mixes should be kept sealed in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
