Love Soup (Beef Vegetable) Soup Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1/2 lb Beef Cubes, 3/4 Cup Diced Carrots. 3/4 Cup Diced Celery, 14 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes.
Directions for Use: In a large pot heat 2 Tbsps. Olive Oil on medium high heat. Saute 1/2 lb beef cubes until brown, add 3/4 cup diced carrots and 3/4 cup diced celery and saute for 2 more minutes. Remove egg noodles from package and set aside. Pour remaining contents of soup in the pot. Add one 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes and 9 cups of water. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add reserved egg noodles 1/2 hour before serving.
