Directions for Use: you want to cover the entire prime rib with an even layer of seasoning. The exact amount will depend on the size of prime rib you are coking. For example on a 10.5 lb prime rib I smoked, I used 3 Tbsps. of rub.
Ingredients: black pepper, smoked paprika, mustard powder, granulated garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, Kosher salt, onion powder.
Comes in resealable bag for convenience and longer shelf life. Also comes heat sealed for freshness.
