Lemon Poppy Seed Cream Cake/ Muffin Mix

Additional Ingredients: 2 Large Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1/3 Cup Water.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven; 8" round cake - 320F, Muffins and loaves 370F. Use a paddle, not a whisk if possible. Place Lemon poppy seed mix into a mixing bowl. Add all liquid slowly while at low speed, mix 2 minutes on low speed. Scrape down bowl. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed. Mix 1 minute on low speed. 

Muffins: add mix to lined muffin pans, bake for 25-30 minutes. Loaves add mix to sprayed loaf pan, bake for 40-45 minutes. Cake add mix to sprayed 8" cake pan, bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Poppy Seeds, Modified Milk Ingredients, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Artifical Flavours.
