Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
Additional Ingredients: 1 Cup Canned Pumpkin, 3/4 Cup Milk, 6 Tbsps. Butter (melted), 2 Eggs.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 400F. Grease or line 18 regular size muffin cups. Pour contents of pkg into large bowl. Combine pumpkin, milk, butter and eggs in a small bowl until blended, stir into pkg mixture just until moistened. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups filling 2/3 full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes remove from pan and let cool completely.
