Toffee Pecan Cookie Mix

Additional Ingredients: 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @350F. Empty the pkg into a large bowl and mix well. In a small bowl whisk together egg, melted butter, and vanilla. add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are very light brown. The middles will appear underdone. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cream of Tartar, Brown Sugar, Chocolate Chips, Toffee Bits, Chopped Pecans.
