Yellow Cake mix
Additional Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Butter (softened), 1/2 Cup Milk, 2 Large Eggs, 2 tsps. Vanilla.
Baking Instructions: Preheat oven @ 350F. In a large bowl, combine eggs and vanilla. Add dry cake mix ingredients and stir until combined. Add softened butter and milk and stir until smooth. Pour batter into greased and floured pans.
Recipe makes one - 9" square cake or 12 cupcakes. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
*Bake cupcakes for approximately 16 minutes*.
