Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut Muffin Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 2 Eggs, 1/4 Cup Butter (softened), 1 Cup Milk.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @400F. Mix al ingredients together in a large bowl until everything is combined and well blended (no lumps!). Grease or line muffin pan and drop the batter into the liners with a muffin scoop. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture before baking if you desire. Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the center of a muffin clean.
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Sugar, Cinnamon.
Comes in a resealable bag for conveience and longer shelf life. Also comes heat sealed for freshness.
