Butterscotch Chip Cookie Mix

Butterscotch Chip Cookie Mix:

Additional Ingredients: 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened), 1 Large Egg, 3/4 tsp. Vanilla.

Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened) until soft and fluffy. Blend in the 1 egg, 3/4 tsp. vanilla until combined. Add the pkg of cookie mix and blend well. Drop by rounded Tbsps 2" apart onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients: Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Rolled Oats, Butterscotch Chips, Flaked Coconut.
