Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 Cup Softened Butter or Margarine, 2 Eggs.
Seperate Bowl: 1/2 Cup Sugar, 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. In a large bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter until light, add the eggs and beat at low speed until mixture is smooth. Add the package contents in bowl and continue to beat on low speed until the dough begins to form. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon in a small bowl. Shape the dough into 1" balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar blend. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets 2" apart and bake for 16-19 minutes, or until light tan. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
Ingredients: Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Sugar.
