Butterfinger Cookie Mix
Butterfinger Cookie Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Butter (softened), 1 Egg, 1 tsp. Vanilla.
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @350F. Grease a baking sheet or line baking sheet with parchment paper. Empty pkg contents into a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, cream together 6 Tbsps. (softened) butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp. vanilla until blended. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well by hand until a dough forms. Shape the dough into 1" balls and place 2" apart onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Butterfinger Candy Bars.
Comes in a resealable bag for convenience and longer shelf life. Also comes heat sealed for freshness.
