Coffee Crisp Cookie Mix

Coffee Crisp Cookie Mix:

Additional Ingredients: 3/4 Cup (softened) butter, 1 Egg, 2 tsps. vanilla.

Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bvowl, cream together 3/4 cup (softened) butter, 1 egg, and 1 tsp. vanilla until blended. Add entire pkg mix and seperately pkg of chopped Coffee Crisp bars. Mix well until a stiff dough forms. Drop rounded Tbsps of dough 2' apart onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly brown. Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Coffee Crisp Candy bars.

Comes in a resealable bag for convenience and longer shelf life. Also comes heat sealed for freshness.
