Parmesan Herb Beer Bread Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 Can of Beer or Sprite (room temp), 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Powder, 1/4 cup Butter (melted & divided).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan well with butter or cooking spray. In large mixing bowl add pkg contents and Parmesan Cheese Powder and stir. Add beer and stir gently with a spoon or a rubber spatula just until the ingredients are combined, do not overmix, as the batter will be thick and lumpy. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle 3 Tbsps. of the melted butter over the top of the batter. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Brush the remaining melted butter on top of the warm bread immediately after baking for a glossy finish. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly more before slicing and serving warm.
