Multigrain Beer Bread Mix:
Additional Ingredients: 1 Bottle of Beer (room temp), 3-4 Tbsps Butter (melted for brushing the top before baking).
Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Lightly grease a 9x5" loaf pan. Add pkg contents in a large mixing bowl, pour in the beer and stir just until stiff, wet batter forms. Be careful not to overmix. Scrape the dough into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comesw out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. The bread is dfense and best sliced thin and toasted.
