Cinnamon Raisin Beer Bread Mix:

Additional Ingredients: 1 Bottle Beer (light beer recommended), 3 Tbsps. Butter (melted).

 

Baking Instructions: Heat oven @ 375F. Grease a 9x5" loaf pan. In large bowl add pkg contents with the beer and stir until just combined. The batter will be lumpy, so avoid overmixing. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. This bread is excellent served warm with extra butter.
